The adidas Samba Consortium Cup END. Past is part of a collaboration between adidas and END, which reimagines the Samba silhouette using concepts from the past.
For example, the sneaker finds inspiration in vintage tapestry designs and uses non-standard materials across the upper. The tapestry-like material resembles Turkish kilim or even Indonesian ikat. It can be found on the signature 3-Stripes logo, the insole, and the heel. The rest of the textile upper comes in Ecru Tint, while the T-shaped toebox is made of a canvas-like material in Magic Beige. The sneaker features dual branding, including ‘PAST’ in gold lettering along the 3-Stripes logo, ‘END’ running up the heel, and ‘adidas’ on one tongue and ‘past END’ on the other.
